We supply a wide range of Timber doorsets for both residential & commercial sectors in either veneered, primed or laminated finish with a wide selection of different frame types.
 

Pre-completed doorsets are also available, ideal for use in the pharmaceutical and health sectors. We also stock a full range of specialist doorset hardware for a smooth installation.

VENEERED DOORSETS

DOOR LEAFS ARE AVAILABLE WITH AN EXTENSIVE RANGE OF VENEER FACINGS, OFFERING THE WARMTH OF NATURAL TIMBER WITH THE BENEFITS OF FIRE AND ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE, BUT WITHOUT THE COST OF SOLID TIMBER.
 

Our doorsets offer a selection of six standard veneered surfaces. Fully factory finished, hardwood lippings and glazing beads supplied to complement or contrast. Veneers can be crown cut, or quarter cut. Crown cut veneers are “book-matched” giving an attractive and continuous matched pattern across the width of the door.

LAMINATE DOORSETS

DOOR LEAVES ARE AVAILABLE WITH AN EXTENSIVE RANGE OF LAMINATE FACINGS, OFFERING FLEXIBILITY IN FINISHES AT LOWER COST.
 

Combining high damage-resilience, a range of attractive, fade-free colours and finishes and ultra-low maintenance requirements, laminates are the perfect fire safety compliant doorset for the less demanding healthcare environments, education settings, retail and hospitality sectors. Laminates are especially useful in ongoing projects where future colour matching in essential.

FULLY PAINTED DOORSETS

DOOR LEAVES ARE AVAILABLE A WIDE RANGE OF RAL COLOURS.
 

Our painted doors can be supplied either fully finished in your choice of colour or paint grade doors pre-primed for finishing on site without the need for prepping or sanding before painting.

The quality of our paint finishes are second to none, and offer a fast track to project completion. Alternatively, paint grade doors are a cost effective solution with flexibility to paint your doors in your preferred colour.

BESPOKE DOORSETS CAN BE SUPPLIED TO EXACT ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATION.
 

We can offer the manufacture and supply of bespoke doorsets, to your precise requirements, where the project dictates bespoke sizing or compliance requirements. All doorsets can be made to meet fire, smoke and acoustic ratings.

DOOR DATA PINS

DOORS ARE ASSIGNED THE UNIQUE DOOR DATA PIN AND THE FIRST STAGES OF MAKING CRITICAL DOOR INFORMATION AVAILABLE FOR THE LIFE CYCLE OF THE DOOR BEGINS.

The Door Data Pins hold all location and company information and all the supporting reports and certification documents from the doors creation, installation and maintainance.

The supporting documents can be downloaded and shared in PDF format. The same reports are available via the online system for viewing with suitable authorisations.

The door pin data is all logged in real time from the point of installation so you can view:
 

  • Installation records

  • Fire Certification

  • Outstanding remedials

  • Who allocated remedials

  • Upcoming inspections, overdue and due
